Hi!  I’m Sarah (Kaspari) Baker and one of the Nurse Practitioners at Stellar Healthcare. I have been a nurse for 40 years and an NP for 16 years. I still love to come to work every day.  I feel it is a privilege to provide care for our patients.

I believe in shared decision making and responsibility for healthcare. I will always share evidence- based medical information and recommendations with a desire for your best health in mind. I strongly believe in solid communication and taking time to listen to concerns shared by my patients.

I enjoy working with patients of all ages. It is one of the great joys of my practice to watch children grow and change through the years. I focus on the different health needs at each stage of life and work with my patients to address those changes. I feel listening to my patients is an essential part of the care I provide.

I manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, asthma, and uncomplicated depression and anxiety. I do joint injections, suture lacerations, treat warts with a variety of modalities, and do simple in-office procedures such as cyst removal, lesion removal, and biopsy of skin lesions.

I love being a part of Stellar Healthcare family practice. Our focus is providing the best personalized care possible, and we have a great time doing it.
